Review behaviors that may deserve attention. This checklist does not inspect your account, verify a restriction, or predict Instagram action.
Check any items that apply. This is a weighted educational checklist, not a probability, diagnosis, or connection to Instagram data.
For authoritative status, check Instagram's Account Status and any notices shown in the app. Reach changes can come from content, audience, timing, competition, eligibility, or other factors this checklist cannot observe.
“Shadowban” is an informal label people use for reduced visibility. Instagram may limit recommendation eligibility or apply other restrictions, but a reach drop alone does not establish the cause.
Start with Instagram's own Account Status and recommendation eligibility notices. Then compare Insights across multiple similar posts. A change in non-follower reach can have many causes and this tool cannot confirm which one applies.
Instagram does not publish a universal recovery timeline for every visibility or recommendation issue. Follow the action shown in Account Status, remove or appeal content when appropriate, and avoid repeating conduct that violates platform rules.
Review Instagram's current rules instead of relying on unofficial hourly action limits. Avoid spammy automation, misleading activity, and prohibited content. No checklist can guarantee account safety.
