What the service does

Campground coordinates third-party fulfillment and records the delivery information available to us. The product is designed to make the scope of that paid support visible, but it cannot turn artificial engagement into organic audience behavior.

• Paced delivery. We schedule delivery across a service window instead of intentionally ordering one immediate block. Actual provider timing can vary, and pacing does not eliminate detection, enforcement, or other platform risk.
• Approximate paid-like targets. Plans describe an approximate number of paid likes for each eligible new post. Individual posts may finish above or below that level. Supporting signals may appear where a provider and platform surface make them available; they are not fixed guarantees and should not be treated as organic audience response.
• No Instagram password access. We do not ask for your Instagram password, log in as you, or publish posts on your behalf. This limits credential exposure; it does not remove the policy risk created by paid or artificial engagement on a public post.
• Operational controls. We can decline, delay, pause, or stop fulfillment when our systems or operators identify a service problem. Those controls are not a certification that any account or order is safe.
• Recorded checks, not account surveillance. We record provider status and public Instagram observations where available. We do not continuously monitor private account health, know Instagram's internal enforcement signals, or promise to detect an issue before Instagram does.

Risks we cannot remove

Risk can arise from the paid or artificial engagement we arrange, from account or content history, from your own activity, from other services, or from changes in Instagram's systems and enforcement. We cannot reliably separate or control all of those causes. Additional risk factors include:

• Content that violates Community Guidelines — sexually explicit posts, nudity outside permitted contexts, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or content targeting minors.
• Financial schemes — cryptocurrency pump-and-dumps, token launches, "get rich" pitches, Ponzi / pyramid setups, unregulated investment offers, and similar high-risk financial promotions.
• Counterfeit or IP-infringing content — unlicensed celebrity likenesses, replica merchandise, stolen creative work.
• Other automation running in parallel — auto-follow / auto-DM bots, mass comment tools, scrapers, account managers that log in directly. Combining services may create activity we cannot control or fully observe.
• Spam-like manual behavior — rapid follow/unfollow activity, mass messaging, repetitive comments, or other behavior Instagram may treat as inauthentic.
• Pre-existing flags on the account — accounts already warned, restricted, or shadowbanned before signing up have a higher baseline risk regardless of what we do or don't do.

If your account fits one of the categories above, we may decline to take it on, or pause delivery if we identify the issue mid-engagement. A pause does not establish the cause of an account problem or guarantee that Instagram will take no action.

What we don't promise

We're conservative about claims because the variables that drive social results are largely outside any single service's control. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• Specific follower counts, follower quality, or growth rates.
• Specific engagement rates, reach numbers, or algorithm ranking outcomes.
• Revenue, leads, sales, or other business results.
• Performance over time when Instagram changes its ranking systems, which it does frequently.
• Suitability of our service for any particular account, niche, or use case — that's a judgment you make.

Instagram's Terms of Service

Instagram and Meta policies may prohibit or restrict fake engagement, inauthentic activity, automation, and attempts to manipulate platform signals. Paid or artificial engagement may violate those policies even when no Instagram password is shared. Rules and enforcement can change, and we do not represent that Campground is approved by Instagram or that use of the service will avoid enforcement.

By using Campground Social, you acknowledge this platform-policy risk and accept that Instagram may remove engagement, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend an account, or take other action.

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

Campground Social is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

What you're responsible for

• The content you post, including its compliance with Instagram's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
• Your conduct on the platform — DMs, comments, follow/unfollow patterns, and any other manual activity.
• Any other automation tools you choose to run on the same account.
• Backing up your content. If your account is suspended for any reason, we don't have copies.
• Reviewing this disclaimer and our Terms before purchasing, and confirming that the service is appropriate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campground Social, its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost followers, lost business opportunities, reputation harm, or data loss. This applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent such law applies to you, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform up and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Instagram feature on every account. Instagram changes its platform frequently; we adapt as quickly as we reasonably can, but transient issues are part of operating on top of a third-party system.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, AI inference, and engagement fulfillment. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We're not responsible for their conduct beyond our reasonable choice of provider and our handling of any data we share with them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
• Change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• Update features and functionality.
• Decline or terminate service for any account we determine, in our sole judgment, falls into one of the higher-risk categories described above.

Eligibility

The service is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.
