The short version
We work hard to reduce account risk. The biggest problems we see are usually driven by outside factors: content or activity on the account that violates Instagram's rules, such as sexually explicit material, crypto or token schemes, financial scams, Ponzi setups, hate speech, and similar. If those are in the mix, we cannot insulate you from them. Everything below explains where our care ends, where your responsibility begins, and how we limit liability.
How we work to keep your account safe
Account safety is the first design constraint of every part of Campground Social, not an afterthought:
- Paced delivery, not bursts. Engagement is delivered over hours, not dumped in seconds. Burst patterns are the single biggest cause of platform-level scrutiny, and we don't produce them.
- Balanced supporting activity. We blend likes, saves, shares, reach, and profile visits so the activity profile resembles real audience behavior rather than a single-metric anomaly.
- No password access, ever. We never ask for your Instagram credentials, never log in as you, and never post on your behalf. Nothing we do touches the surface of your account that Instagram tracks as "owner activity."
- Conservative volume defaults. Recommended boost volumes scale with account size and history. We refuse to set configurations we consider unsafe, regardless of what a customer asks for.
- Real-time monitoring. Our delivery engine watches for anomalies during delivery and can pause or reroute traffic before a pattern becomes a problem.
Where our protection ends
Our safety record is strong when the variables are within our control. It can't extend to behavior on your account that exists outside our system. Common categories that we've seen trigger platform action and that we cannot shield you from:
- Content that violates Community Guidelines — sexually explicit posts, nudity outside permitted contexts, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or content targeting minors.
- Financial schemes — cryptocurrency pump-and-dumps, token launches, "get rich" pitches, Ponzi / pyramid setups, unregulated investment offers, and similar high-risk financial promotions.
- Counterfeit or IP-infringing content — unlicensed celebrity likenesses, replica merchandise, stolen creative work.
- Other automation running in parallel — auto-follow / auto-DM bots, mass comment tools, scrapers, account managers that log in directly. Combining ours with those compounds risk in ways we can't control or detect.
- Manual behavior that mimics botting — running 30+ manual follows / unfollows per hour, mass DMing strangers, etc.
- Pre-existing flags on the account — accounts already warned, restricted, or shadowbanned before signing up have a higher baseline risk regardless of what we do or don't do.
If your account fits one of the categories above, we may decline to take it on, or pause delivery if we identify the issue mid-engagement. That's both a safety decision and a service-quality decision.
What we don't promise
We're conservative about claims because the variables that drive social results are largely outside any single service's control. Specifically, we do not guarantee:
- Specific follower counts, follower quality, or growth rates.
- Specific engagement rates, reach numbers, or algorithm ranking outcomes.
- Revenue, leads, sales, or other business results.
- Performance over time when Instagram changes its ranking systems, which it does frequently.
- Suitability of our service for any particular account, niche, or use case — that's a judgment you make.
Instagram's Terms of Service
Instagram's Platform Policy restricts third-party automation, and the precise boundary of what constitutes "automation" has shifted over the years. Paid engagement services occupy a gray area: they are broadly disclaimed in policy and enforced unevenly. We design our system to avoid high-risk patterns, but we cannot certify that Instagram will agree with our interpretation indefinitely.
By using Campground Social, you acknowledge that engagement services operate in this gray area and that you accept the residual risk that comes with operating there.
Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta
Campground Social is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
What you're responsible for
- The content you post, including its compliance with Instagram's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
- Your conduct on the platform — DMs, comments, follow/unfollow patterns, and any other manual activity.
- Any other automation tools you choose to run on the same account.
- Backing up your content. If your account is suspended for any reason, we don't have copies.
- Reviewing this disclaimer and our Terms before purchasing, and confirming that the service is appropriate for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campground Social, its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost followers, lost business opportunities, reputation harm, or data loss. This applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent such law applies to you, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform up and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Instagram feature on every account. Instagram changes its platform frequently; we adapt as quickly as we reasonably can, but transient issues are part of operating on top of a third-party system.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, AI inference, and engagement fulfillment. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We're not responsible for their conduct beyond our reasonable choice of provider and our handling of any data we share with them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
- Change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
- Update features and functionality.
- Decline or terminate service for any account we determine, in our sole judgment, falls into one of the higher-risk categories described above.
Eligibility
The service is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.
