Our Promise to You
If you're not satisfied with your first route, email us within 7 days of the first payment.
No complicated forms. We may ask one or two questions so we can understand what went wrong, but the path should stay simple.

How It Works
Getting a refund is as simple as sending us an email:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Tell us the account email and whether you want to cancel too
- We will review and process eligible refunds quickly - typically within 1-2 business days
- Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days
That's it.
We are not going to make you feel bad or pressure you to stay.
If the route is not working for you, we want the next step to be clear.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime:
- Log into your dashboard
- Go to Billing, then Manage Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period, then stops. Unless we agree otherwise, you keep access through the period you already paid for.
One Important Request
If you're thinking about doing a credit card dispute or chargeback, please just email us first.
Here's why:
- We'll give you a refund faster than your bank will
- Chargebacks cost us $25+ in fees - even if we refund you
- It hurts our ability to process payments and serve other customers
- We'd much rather just make you happy directly
