How It Works
Getting a refund is as simple as sending us an email:
- Email us at support@campgroundsocial.com
- Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation needed)
- We will process it quickly - typically within 1-2 business days
- Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days
That's it.
We are not going to make you feel bad or pressure you to stay.
If it is not working for you, we want to make it right.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime:
- Log into your dashboard
- Go to Billing → Manage Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period, then stops. No pro-rating needed - you paid for the month, you keep access for the month.
One Important Request
If you're thinking about doing a credit card dispute or chargeback, please just email us first.
Here's why:
- We'll give you a refund faster than your bank will
- Chargebacks cost us $25+ in fees - even if we refund you
- It hurts our ability to process payments and serve other customers
- We'd much rather just make you happy directly
