You run a free audit, get a recommended monthly route, connect Instagram, and post normally. When new posts appear, Campground supports them with paced engagement and shows a delivery receipt.
Do I need to choose a plan before the audit?+
No. The audit comes first so the route recommendation has context. Growth is the usual default for active brands, but smaller or larger accounts may need a different route.
Is this a scheduler or analytics dashboard?+
No. Campground is an operational post-support service. The dashboard explains what is active, what was delivered, and what to do next.
Delivery and safety
Is this safe for my Instagram account?+
We prioritize account health with paced delivery, cooldowns, and human review. No service can guarantee outcomes, but we avoid obvious spikes and make the work visible.
Why do you pace delivery?+
Dumping everything at once looks unnatural and makes the receipt harder to trust. Pacing gives each post steady support over a sensible window.
Do I need to hand over my Instagram password?+
Never. The audit reads public signals, and any connection happens from the dashboard. You stay in control of the account.
Billing and support
What is Boost balance?+
Boost balance is optional add-on balance for one-off post boosts or follower campaigns. Your monthly route should cover normal post support.
Can I pause or cancel?+
Yes. Once your account is active, you can pause or cancel from the dashboard. Billing pages use the same route language as public pricing.
Do you work with agencies or multiple handles?+
Yes. Agencies can manage multiple brands, review delivery receipts, and coordinate support from one dashboard.
